After I request a quote, how long before someone reaches out?

How long does it take to get a new roof?

It depends on how it is being paid for. If you are paying out of pocket, we should be able to get you a brand new roof in 3 weeks from start to finish (depending on material availability, weather conditions, size, and shingle type). If you are going the insurance route, it typically takes 60 days from when we inspect your roof to when the claim is closed out and paid for.

How soon will my project start after I get in touch?

Lead times are generally 2-3 weeks. We will notify you when materials will be dropped off and when work will start.

How much does an inspection cost?

Nothing! Our roof inspections are 100% FREE. If there is no damage then you have no worries, and it will not cost anything.

How will I stay up-to-date on my project?

Aside from our customer relationship manager assisting you every step of the way, you will also have access to a customer portal where you can track every detail of your job.

How do you manage safety and compliance on the job site?

Our leadership and team members are all OSHA certified, ensuring top-notch safety and compliance on job sites. We conduct daily safety briefings to keep safety front and center in our minds. Additionally, we hold monthly "lessons learned" meetings with our crew to discuss and improve our safety practices continually. This proactive approach helps us maintain a safe work environment and adhere strictly to safety regulations.
